ARE YOU STILL DELIVERING AMID COVID-19?

Yes, our business has not stopped! We have limited our shipping options we are currently ONLY delivering domestic orders and have paused our international orders. We have paused our 2 day shipping and overnight due to delays in the United States Postal Service. Orders are taking 5-7 days to be delivered without counting weekends and holidays. ARE THE LASHES 100% MINK? 

Yes, all lashes are handcrafted and 100% mink. We are aware that not everyone feels comfortable wearing mink, we are currently working hard to supply cruelty free option. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We care about your satisfaction! Due to sanitary issues we DO NOT provide returns. Unless the lashes are damaged we'll require pictures of the damage item within 48 hours of being delivered. 

CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as paypal. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, if you complete and order that is over $40 free shipping will be applied automatically at check out for orders within U.S. and free shipping on International orders over $60.

HOW DO I GET THE MOST USE OUT OF MY LASHES?

Cleaning your lashes after every use will result in more wear time. Tips: with a q-tip soak it with hot water and run it on the lash strip once the glue softens remove carefully with tweezers. 

HOW DO I GET FEATURED ON INSTAGRAM?

Easy, just take a clear picture (must be your own) wearing the lashes and tag us. We are an inclusive brand and we do not focus on followers anyone can get featured.
